Our first race of the year and the third on our race Calendar. 103 racers (10 under eights, not timed) came to the start line in four race groupings.

Under WEDCo's authority and with equipment and expertise from RMS and D&J Construction, Lagoon has undergone considerable work to extend the course and incorporate more berms. The FTM community
provided strong backs to shovel, stamp and rake dirt into shape. The aim is to create more cool features in Bermuda that are common in overseas mountain biking parks while still catering to all other users of the trails.

This revised counterclockwise course had the added intrigue of intense rainfall over several preceding days. The result was slippery, muddy FUN!
